Will tourist tax kill the 'Cornish golden goose'?

A council debate heard it branded a 'stealth tax' and a 'double tax' for some locals and threats of 'the possible loss of over 10,000 jobs' but was told: 'We're all getting a little bit confused around the issue here.'
